Cygnet Raglan House takes part in the Great British Spring Clean

The Occupational Therapy team and service users from Cygnet Raglan House joined forces for Keep Britain Tidy’s Great British Spring Clean campaign, meeting with their local council and volunteering to help make the streets tidy.

Ryia Farrow, Occupational Therapist, said: “During the clean-up, everyone had insightful conversations about the litter they picked, the impact of fly-tipping on our environment, and ways to make a positive difference in the community. Laughter was abundant as everyone bonded over the shared mission to keep Smethwick clean and green.

“Together, the whole team rolled up their sleeves and got to work for a productive day of cleaning and treasure-hunting. The service users showed dedication, teamwork, and positive energy during the Great British Spring Clean. Everyone is now looking forward to future litter-picking sessions.”
