Cygnet Raglan House celebrates International Nurses Day

Cygnet Raglan House celebrated this year’s International Nurses Day with a variety of gifts and tasty food.

As part of the celebration, the team shared a presentation where two of patients spoke about the difference our nurses and wider team have made during their time at Raglan House. One patient shared how the nurses helped her feel cared for, supported and valued, while another wrote a heartfelt message to thank the nurses for the positive impact they have had on her journey. Their words were truly meaningful and a reminder of the difference compassionate care makes every day.

Head of Care Feven Zanos said: “We celebrated and recognised our wonderful nurses for the care, compassion and dedication they show each and every day. Thank you to all of our nurses for your hard work, professionalism and continued commitment to those in our care. Your kindness, support and compassion never go unnoticed, and we are incredibly proud to work alongside such a dedicated team.

“Thank you Jodie, our hospital manager for supporting us with your guidance and leading us by example . Jodie’s support has played an important part in helping our team continue to recognise good practise and continue to be compassionate. We would also like to extend our thanks to Artur Dymko, Regional Lead Nurse South, for joining us and taking part in the celebrations.”
