Cygnet Oaks celebrate World Mental Health Day
Cygnet Oaks celebrated World Mental Health Day with a full morning of engaging activities designed to support overall well-being and foster a strong sense of community across the unit.
Ella Gibson, Occupational Therapist, said: “We started off the morning together with a healthy breakfast, highlighting health promotion and exploring how nutrition directly contributes to positive mental health. Following this, both staff and service users gathered for a coffee morning featuring a tombola full of exciting prizes, with all donations raised going directly to Mind Charity.
“To wrap up the morning, we took some time to relax with mindful colouring, games and wellbeing activities. A huge thanks to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the day a meaningful success!”
