Cygnet Hospital Beckton’s Macmillan Coffee Morning
Well done to the team at Cygnet Hospital Beckton who recently raised over £100 for Macmillan Cancer Support when they took part in Macmillan’s World Biggest Coffee Morning. Service users baked a variety of confectionaries and donated art to be sold as cards during the event. For those who could not attend the coffee morning a trolley laden with food provided an opportunity to purchase or donate.
Judith Etheridge, Hospital Manager said she liked the cards so much she would be framing them and many members of staff bought duplicates to send to family and friends.
