Cygnet Bostall House’s Breakfast Buffet
The Occupational Therapy Assistant prepared a delicious continental breakfast, which was enjoyed in the front garden in the sunshine.
The spread included bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese, freshly baked croissants, boiled eggs, a charcuterie platter, and a selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, and juices – offering a variety of nutritious and appealing options for all.
Newspapers were also provided, encouraging discussion around current affairs and promoting meaningful conversations among service users and staff.
Joanna Gosnell, Occupational Therapy Assistant, said: “It was a lovely opportunity for the manager, staff, and patients to come together in a relaxed setting, strengthening the sense of community and connection within the service.”
