Last month, we came together at Edgbaston Stadium for the Cygnet Staff Achievement Awards 2026, celebrating the incredible colleagues who make a difference every day across our health and social care services and central support teams.
The awards recognise those who go above and beyond for the people in our care, demonstrating compassion, innovation, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With a record-breaking 1,200 nominations received this year, the event showcased the very best of Cygnet and the outstanding impact our staff have on the lives of others.
