Congratulations to the team at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke’s Nash Ward who have successfully achieved their Quality Network for Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (QNPICU) reaccreditation from the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Cygnet Adarna House, a rehabilitation service for men with mental illness and autism, has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with inspectors praising the “kind and compassionate care” residents received from staff.

We are delighted to announce that five service user led projects from Cygnet Health Care services have been shortlisted as finalists for the National Service User Awards 2022 including finalists from Cygnet Churchill, Cygnet Elms, Cygnet Hospital Bierley, Cygnet Hospital Taunton and Cygnet Hospital Woking.
Cygnet’s Procurement team is working closely with our food supplier (Brakes), to introduce a new catering tool, Nutritics. This tool will empower our chefs to create and edit bespoke nutritionally balanced recipes that clearly display the nutritional values and allergens and improve meals for service users and residents.
It has a been a busy time in our South health care region for QI in recent weeks with five of our hospitals achieving QI ready status and being presented with their QI ready plaque and folder.
Cygnet Hospital Beckton recently held a recognition day to thank and recognise staff for their service. The theme for the event was compassion.
