Cygnet highlights Social Care Superpowers

People working in social care are being encouraged to share their social care superpowers as part of a new campaign that we are launching today. The social care superpower campaign is being run by the Cygnet Social Care division and aims to highlight the ordinary people with extraordinary skills who bring unique qualities to their social care services and make a valuable, positive difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society.

Cygnet Occupational Therapy Conference and Awards 2023

On Wednesday 14th June we held the Cygnet Occupational Therapy Conference and Awards for 2023. It was held virtually with over 200 guests in attendance. This year’s theme was ‘Transforming and Raising the Profile of Occupational Therapy’ and we heard from former service users, Cygnet Occupational Therapy teams and external professionals about the subject.

On Tuesday 6th June the Yorkshire and Humber Involvement Network held their annual involvement conference, this year in the form of a live music festival called Welly Fest 23! Cygnet has sponsored the event for a number of years and were pleased yet again to sponsor and join the 2023 celebrations at the Sandal Rugby Club near Wakefield.
