Paula Evans - Service Manager

Prior to her appointment as Service Manager for Ty Alarch, Paula has worked for Cygnet for 16 years at Cygnet St Teilo House, as a team leader. She has completed her QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care and level 3 in Team Leadership and Management. Paula also has her A1 award as a QCF Assessor.

Paula gained a qualification of Diploma in Person Centred Counselling, which has enhanced her listening skills and enhanced her ability to support individuals into the community and assist them on the recovery pathway.
