Louise first joined Cygnet in 2011 as Deputy Manager at one of our learning disability residential services. Since then she has progressed to be the Dual Manager of Redlands and North East Supported Living.
She has experience of working in residential, supported living and day centres over the last 25 years supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health.

In October we launched our annual Christmas Card Competition and asked service users and residents across the country to submit their designs.
Well done to our North East Supported Living team after the service achieved a ‘Good’ rating following its first Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.
