Meet the Team

Tony Dalton - Registered Manager

Tony originally joined Shear Meadow in 2021 as Deputy Manager. He has over 10 year’s experience working in autism, learning disability, mental health, epilepsy, forensic care, communication difficulties and complex sensory processing needs services. Tony has a keen interest in psychology and supporting and developing people, both who we support and team members to achieve their best.

Tony is the Safeguarding and reducing restrictive practice lead for the service. He is passionate about creating a safe and homely environment and positive risk taking, empowering people to actively participate in their care to enable them to live their best life’s.

Tony became the Registered Manager in December 2022.

Felix Matina - Deputy Manager

Felix joined Cygnet in August 2017, and he has worked in various roles in his time at Shear Meadow including Support Worker, Team Leader and is now Acting Deputy Manager. Felix has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in a variety of settings including forensic, rehabilitation, PICU, and work with children with mild learning disability and autism. He is passionate about making a positive difference to the individuals in our care.
