Alison King - Registered Manager

Alison had always wanted to be a nurse from being a very small girl. Nursing runs in the family. Alison qualified in 1982 and has worked in the NHS for a number of years in various settings, and then moved in to the private sector in 1988. Starting as a staff nurse and moving her way up to being Home Manager/Regional Manager, working for different companies, gaining experience in varied fields from management to crisis management.

Alek Field - Team Leader

Alek started working for Cygnet in 2019. Since that she has completed the Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care and Level 3 Understanding Mental Health and has progressed from Support Worker to Senior Support Staff and is currently Team Leader at River View.

After 19 years working in care setting, Alek continues to have the passion to provide high standards of care, whilst promoting independence for service users and improving services for individuals.
