Louise Vollans – Service Manager

Louise joined the company in 2011 as Deputy manager at one of our learning disability residential services then became dual manager of Redlands for 12 years. She has experience of working in residential, supported living and day centres over the last 25 years supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health.

Jennifer Bignell - Deputy Manager

Jennifer joined the service in September 2023, she has previously worked in day care and supported living services.

Emma Stephens – Senior Support Worker

Emma joined the Redlands team in 2017 following graduating at university, where she studied phycology. She was successful in acquiring the senior support worker position in April 2021. Emma is keen to develop her management skills within Cygnet.
