Mark started as a support worker at Oakhurst Lodge in 2016. He very quickly became successful in fulfilling the role of activity assistant and 6 months later exceeded to become deputy manager. During this time Mark supported as acting home manager for 6 months in another Cygnet service. Mark completed his qualifications and training courses before stepping up as registered manager at Oakhurst Lodge in February 2022.
Rachel Lewis - Deputy Manager
Rachel started her career at Oakhurst Lodge in 2012 as a support worker. Rachel progressed as activity coordinator and stepped in as deputy manager for 6 months to support the registered manager. Rachel went back to her role as activity coordinator to build on her skills, qualities and knowledge to become successful when the role of deputy manager became available in February 2022.
