Nnamso Nyong - Registered Manager

Nnamso began his journey in health and social care in 2022 with Accomplish where he quickly developed a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs. His dedication led him to gain experience across multiple NHS Trusts as an agency mental health support worker, gaining valuable frontline experience in various clinical settings.

In 2023, Nnamso joined Cygnet, where his commitment to learning and professional development saw him take on increasing responsibilities and rapidly advance his leadership skills. Known for his hands-on approach, calm, and supportive manner, Nnamso is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Prior to transitioning into health and social care, Nnamso built a strong foundation in finance and business analysis. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking and compassionate leadership to his role.

With a strong focus on team development and service excellence, Nnamso is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both staff and service users.
