Meet the Team

Paul Helliwell-Kenny – Registered Manager

Paul has been with Cygnet for twelve years, working at several of the Yorkshire social care sites and has managed Longfield House since 2017. Paul is passionate about care and supporting the people at Longfield House to achieve positive outcomes through maximising independence and positive risk taking.

Paul is a keen baker, enjoys cooking and 80s music and has recently become parent governor at his son’s school.

Frankie King – Home Manager

Frankie has worked for Cygnet for 5 years. In this time has worked her in many different roles and services to gain further knowledge. Frankie has worked at Longfield previously as a team leader, deputy manager and home manager. Frankie is also a StRaW practitioner and have an NVQ in counselling skills.

Frankie is passionate about the support that is given to the service users and the independent life they can lead. She is able to recognise staff strengths and weaknesses and support them to achieve their personal goals within Cygnet. In her spare time, Frankie enjoys cooking, listening to music and long walks.

Amy Metcalfe – Deputy Manager

Amy has worked at Longfield for eight years, during this time she has worked in a number of different roles. Amy is passionate about the people supported at the service, helping them to progress and fulfil life goals.

Away from work, Amy enjoys spending time with her dogs and watching Disney movies.
