The main house accommodates up to eight residents and offers spacious communal areas, a dedicated activity room and an enclosed outdoor garden within a homely environment.
In the grounds we have two new single occupancy flats in the Coach House. Each flat boasts a double bedroom with fitted furniture, a bathroom / wet room and open plan living and kitchen space.
The service is in a central location opposite a popular community park. Just a 10 minute walk into Huddersfield town centre and with a bus stop outside the house with transport links to all major cities, there is no shortage of community integration.

Our Projects
Yorkshire residents can enjoy three community projects; the bakery project, the textiles project and the gardening project.
We believe that it is essential for individual’s well-being to have purpose in their day-to-day life and to learn new skills. We have established different work projects to introduce vocational and learning activities where the individuals we support can learn valuable skills and develop confidence.
Ongoing assessments enable us to meet the changing needs of residents as they progress through their care pathway while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported. Regular review meetings involving the resident, their family and professionals are held to review outcomes, set new goals and re-assess support levels as individuals’ progress.
People come to Langdale House for different reasons; they may require more support than can be provided in a supported living setting or they may be moving along their care pathway from a hospital placement. Whatever the reason, the team can offer specialist input based on individual need to deliver flexible and effective support.
