Jamie Speight - Service Manager
Jamie is a qualified learning disability nurse with over ten years experience. In 2017 she took on her first management role in healthcare before transitioning to social care in 2019 as a deputy manager. In 2020 Jamie was proud to be appointed to her first service manager role.
Jamie finds her role incredibly rewarding. Her passion is for helping people achieve their personal goals and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of those she works with at Hope House.

Alex Humphries - Deputy Manager
Alex has been with Cygnet for over five years, starting as a Support Worker and progressing to the role of Deputy Manager. As a qualified Safety Intervention Instructor, they are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Outside of work, Alex has a strong passion for music and enjoy playing the guitar. He is dedicated to creating a space where both staff and the individuals we support can grow and thrive.

Stephen Leavens - Acting Senior Support Worker
Stephen has worked in the care environment for 14 years, with four years at Hope House. Stephen began his care career working in children’s services, initially with learning disabilities, then with physically disabled children, whose care needs included tracheostomy and PEG feeding.
At Hope House, Stephen has taken on several additional roles, including Staff Relations Group (SRG) Lead, Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Ambassador and Safeguarding Lead.
