Meet the Team

Bhoj Limbu - Service Manager

Bhoj has worked for Cygnet since 2009. He started his career as a bank healthcare support worker before transferring over to social care. He also has experience in Children and Adult Mental Health services.

Bhoj joined the Gables team in 2016 and has worked his way up to Team Leader , Deputy Manager before achieving his current post as Service Manager.

Olayemi Ikuesan - Team Leader

Olayemi has worked for Cygnet since 2002. Her primary focus is caring for those with learning difficulties and autism. She enjoys working with the residents, making a difference in their lives and seeing them be themselves. Olayemi find great pleasure in working at Gables, as the relationships have developed she feels like they are a family.

Jasmine Broomfield – Deputy Home Manager

Jasmine started her career at Gables as a Team leader in 2002, when the service first opened

Over the years, she has built lasting relationships with many of the residents and has completed numerous training courses to gain additional experience and qualifications.

In August 2024 she was promoted to Deputy Manager.

Jumoke Olajide – Team Leader

Jumoke Bunmi Olajide joined Gables in 2022. The support and encouragement Jumoke got from the Gables team allowed her to discover her ability to lead a team, be kind, supportive and passionate.

With this support, Jumoke got promoted to a Team Leader.
