Meet the Team

Kayley Fothergill - Registered Manager

Kayley started her career at Dene Brook as a support worker back in 2015. She worked hard on gaining knowledge and developing her skills within social care and was promoted to an Acting Team Leader. Shortly after, Kayley was successful in securing a place on a Deputy Secondment training programme before being offered the Deputy Manager position. Kayley supported the service as a Deputy Manager for 2 years before securing the Registered Managers post in 2019.

Ashleigh Storar - Deputy Manager

Ashleigh started her career working at Dene brook in 2017, having had previous experience in a variety of care roles including Acquired brain injuries, complex health and mental health, As well as a master’s degree in psychology. Ashleigh has used this background knowledge to build on relationships and provide care for the residents at Dene brook. In 2018 she was successful in securing the ATL position and further progressed to a Team leader in 2019. She did this role for 2 years before progressing to her current role of deputy manager May 2021.

Charlotte Wood - Deputy Manager

Charlotte started her career at Dene Brook as Deputy Manager in January 2023, Charlotte has had previous experience working with adults with autism and learning difficulties, in Charlotte’s previous job she started off as a support worker and worked her way up to a care manager in which time gained a lot of experience and knowledge in each job role.

Louise Potts - Team Leader

Louise has now been working for Dene Brook for over 9 years. This was her first job working in care, where she started as a support worker then built up to be a Team Leader.

She has a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and is interested in learning and expanding her knowledge.

Sarah Whatley - Acting Team Leader

Sarah started her career at Dene Brook in April 2022 as a Support Worker.

She gradually gained confidence and knowledge and successfully became an Acting Team Leader in September 2023.

Germaine Keugne- Acting Team Leader

Germaine started her career at Dene Brook as a Support Worker in September 2023.

Germaine had previous experience in domiciliary care and working with adults with autism and learning difficulties.

While working at Dene Brook, Germaine has developed her skills, gained more knowledge and experience leading to secure her current position as Acting Team Leader in April 2024.

Zoie Jones- Working Night Senior

Zoie started her career at Dene brook in January 2021 as a Waking Night Support Worker.

She had previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries, which she built upon while working at Dene Brook, gaining further experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.

She gained confidence in these roles and successfully became a Working Night Senior in May 2023.

Gbenga Peter Kolade - Acting Working Night Senior

Peter started his career as a support worker at Dene brook in May 2023, after completing his Master’s Degree education.

He remained dedicated and worked hard on gaining knowledge, building relationships and providing care for the residents of Dene brook.

In July 2024, Peter was successful in securing the Acting Working Night Senior Position.
