- Developing self-care skills

- Developing community skills to support reintegration
- Creating individualised routines
- Creating sensory profiles and sensory diets
- Cooking Sessions
- Travel Training
- Prescribing small aids or adaptations for those experiencing difficulty with physical functioning
- Developing healthy living skills
We also offer regular groups, including:
- Recovery Through Activity
- Sleep Hygiene Skills
- Sensory Group
Through the above sessions and more, we increase their feelings of competence, meaning and purpose, developing a role identity. In turn, building self-esteem and helping them to achieve their personal goals.
Through collaborative working with the individuals, our clinical team, families and community teams, we build a catalogue of coping strategies to support successful discharges.
