When the opportunity arose to be involved in developing a new specialist female service closer to home, she was eager to take on the challenge. Samantha is passionate about supporting women to access care within their own communities, where they can maintain and rebuild vital connections with family, friends, and local networks - elements that are key to achieving lasting, meaningful recovery.

As Ward Manager, Samantha is committed to fostering a therapeutic, inclusive, and supportive environment for both service users and staff, where individual potential is recognised, and rehabilitation is always the goal.
