Lisa Kaye Sutton - Hospital Manager
Lisa is a dual-qualified Registered General Nurse and Registered Mental Health Nurse. She has worked in both NHS and independent sector healthcare services, including those supporting individuals with eating disorders. Lisa believes her dual qualification is essential for supporting both staff and service users by integrating the two aspects of nursing care.
She is committed to empowering people by acknowledging each individual’s skills, experience, ideas, passions, and interests. Lisa focuses on enhancing the confidence and self-belief of those around her and strives to provide care and support that meets high standards for both service users and staff.

Keith Gwyther - Clinical Manager
Keith has been in care/nursing since 1991 and a qualified Nurse since 2012. He has worked in a variety of settings from secure services, CAMHS and community settings. During this time, Keith has worked with a range of patients including adults and young people with both mental health and personality support needs.
Keith enjoys supporting service users during their time of most need and aims to give individuals and staff members a positive role model who they can rely on and be supported by. Outside of work Keith enjoys weight training, boxing and he loves motorbikes.

Sameera Harrison - Alina Ward Manager
Sameera became a qualified mental health nurse in 2021, which she has worked within the secure forensic settings as a nurse, senior nurse and clinical lead. This has included supporting individuals on a care pathway back into community settings. Sameera has also completed various work in PICU units, care homes and acute units with a variety of individuals with mental health diagnosis.
Sameera has continued to gain knowledge within the mental health sector, grow her skills, support and supervisor other nurses. Sameera strives to showcase compassion, empathy and build genuine rapports with our individuals. This is to ensure a person-centred approach is consistently used to allow our individuals needs and wants are hear by advocating for them to take control of their own care.

Tapiwa Makuve - Nova Ward Manager
Tapiwa is an accomplished Ward Manager with over 10 years’ experience across a broad range of mental health services. His clinical background includes leadership roles within CAMHS, forensic mental health, secure ASD/ASC services, adult acute care, dual diagnosis, and eating disorder settings.
Taps has a strong track record of service improvement, most notably leading a CAMHS PICU team of over 70 staff through a successful CQC inspection, moving the service from “Requires Improvement” to “Good”, with areas rated “Outstanding.” He is deeply committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the professional development of multidisciplinary teams.
Taps is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care. He is committed to supporting and developing his team to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and positive outcomes for our service users.

Dr Reema Chatterjee - Responsible Clinician
Dr Reema Chatterjee is a consultant adult psychiatrist with significant experience in the field over the last 25 years. Dr Chatterjee began her career in psychiatry training at the prestigious King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. She qualified as a consultant psychiatrist in 2002 and entered private practice in Mumbai and gained experience in a number of psychiatric conditions treating people of different cultures nationally and internationally. This experience served her well and she then worked in the Sultanate of Brunei.
Dr Chatterjee arrived in the UK in 2005 and completed her training in the East Midlands deanery. She has experience in treatment and management of patients on acute wards , intensive care unit , day hospital and substance misuse teams.
Dr Chatterjee is a keen proponent of training and is a much sought after supervisor by trainees, both medical and ACP. Apart from English, she speaks Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Bahasa Malayu. She is currently acquiring proficiency in dialect Arabic. She has a keen interest in music and attends gigs wherever possible.

Vilasini Bhaskaran - Highly Specialist Eating Disorders Dietitian
Vilasini is a Specialist Registered Dietitian with more than 23 years of experience in both public health and clinical dietetics. She holds both a Master of Science and a Master of Philosophy degree in Advanced Dietetics. Her extensive background encompasses various roles, including serving as a Program Officer for the World Health Organization's Diabetes program, where she led initiatives aimed at enhancing diabetes prevention, education, and research. Additionally, she has worked as a Program Manager for international projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Furthermore, she has served as a Maternal and Child Health Nutrition Consultant for UNICEF India.
In the United Kingdom, she has distinguished herself as a Specialist Dietitian in Eating Disorders, Mental Health, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, Bariatrics, and Weight Management, working within both the NHS and private sectors. Vilasini also serves as a First Contact Dietitian for diabetes and obesity and actively volunteers with Diabetes UK, providing support to individuals with Type 1 diabetes.
Having authored over five abstracts and a multitude of articles in both print and online media, Vilasini possesses a keen interest in empowering others and disseminating educational initiatives across academic and public platforms.
As a mother of two wonderful daughters, Vilasini is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer (a classical Indian dance form originating from Tamil Nadu, India) and enjoys various hobbies such as traveling, cooking, and baking, in addition to spending quality time with family and friends.

Abigail Jones - Psychologist
Abigail is a qualified Forensic Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), with experience working in secure settings since 2014. She is competent in a range of assessments such as the HCR-20, including the extended female addition. She has a particular passion for supporting women with complex needs and is a strong advocate for women’s issues and rights.
Abigail draws on a range of evidence-based approaches – including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and – her favourite – Compassion-Focused Therapy! This assists her in delivering a range of responsive individual and group interventions. She is also passionate about trauma informed care, psychological safety, and promoting recovery in services to support individuals in achieving the life they want.
When not at work, Abigail can be found spending time with loved ones, listening to music, reading a good book, petting animals and enjoying the sunshine by the sea whenever she gets the chance.

Laura-Jane Pinner - Head of Occupational Therapy
Laura-Jane (L-J) is a qualified Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of Derby in 2020. Her experience spans adult mental health, low secure forensics, and inpatient CAMHS. Before joining Cygnet Elowen Hospital, she worked as an independent therapist in the community, specialising in paediatrics.
L-J is currently completing Module 6 of Ayres Sensory Integration and is also a qualified personal trainer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, going to new places, reading and running.

Nikki Billington - Hospital Administrator
Nikki is the Hospital Administrator for Cygnet Elowen Hospital having originally joined Cygnet in 2024 as a support worker in one of our personality disorder services. Prior to that Nikki was an Estate Agent and became the area manager for Derby and Chesterfield, so has a wealth of knowledge around administration and management as well as a passion for excellence in healthcare and recovery.
