Stacey James - Manager

Stacey joined the Clynsaer team in 2011, bringing experience from her previous eight years in an EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) nursing environment.

She was promoted to Senior Support Worker shortly after joining, before advancing to Care and Support Team Manager in 2015, followed by Assistant Manager in 2017. With over a decade at Clynsaer and nearly two decades in care services, Stacey was appointed Manager of Clynsaer in March 2023.

Tiffany Manning-James - Care and Support Team Manager

Tiffany started working at Clynsaer in August 2013, having previously worked in the Royal Air Force for nine years.

She started out as a support worker, promoted to Senior Support Worker in 2017. In 2023, Tiffany was appointed Care and Support Team Manager.

Amy Pearson - Assistant Activities Co-Ordinator

Amy started working in Clynsaer in 2015 as a Support worker, having had previous experience in other care settings since the age of 19.

Amy applied for the role of Assistant Activities Co-ordinator and was successful. The main focus of this role is off site Activities, trips out and enabling the residents of Clynsaer to access and integrate into the local community.
