Wellbeing Day for staff at Kirkside and Outwood
A wellbeing day was held for staff at Kirkside House, Kirkside Lodge and Outwood. Adam Harris HR Business Partner said: “Overall the day was a great success. We were pleased to get such positive feedback from staff and we plan to do more of these days in 2023. Showing our staff we appreciate them and care is really important to us.”
Some of the staff who attended said: “It’s really nice that Cygnet recognise their staff and this was such a lovely day” and “Lovely of you to organise this, we do really appreciate this and feel valued as a team.”
