Supported Living in Birmingham gets competitive with a Bake Off
Everyone was divided into three teams, Team White, Team Wine and Team Black, with each team donning colour coded aprons ready for the challenge. With nobody wanting to lose, the competition soon got underway and there was a fantastic sense of teamwork as everyone came together to create their cakes.
Each team was given the same ingredients before working together to bake and decorate their creations. Once the cakes were complete, it was over to the Deputy Manager to take on the important role of judge, tasting each cake and considering both the bake and creativity of the designs.
After some tough judging, Team White was crowned the winner.
The Bake Off was a brilliant opportunity for the people we support and staff to have fun, get creative and work together as a team. It proved so popular that before the day was even over, everyone was already asking when the next Bake Off would take place!
