Staff Appreciation Day at Willow House
To mark Staff Appreciation Day, Willow House Manager Shukri Ali handed out gift bags to all staff members at their team meeting, which were warmly received.
She then also nominated Karan Landa-Signh for ‘Employee of the Month’. Karan has been with the Willow House team since July 2024 and is the first point of contact for all new staff. His role involves performing clerical duties and welcoming and supporting new recruits with their on-boarding and induction. Karan’s role further involves supporting staff in positions within the service efficiently on a day-to-day basis with any admin and HR queries.
This celebration highlights how valued and essential our staff are in creating a supportive and caring home for residents at Willow House.
