Pride celebrations at Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge
Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge proudly joined the celebrations for Pride month as part of their commitment to creating inclusive welcoming spaces for everyone.
Following discussions in their monthly Events Committee, it was decided that they would host their very own Pride Party—and what a brilliant day it was!
Hailey Roberts, Head of Occupational Therapy, said: “Our Pride party was more than a celebration. It’s about raising awareness, championing equality, and honouring the identities and experiences of everyone. The day itself was full of colour, joy, and connection. Patients took the lead by running their own stalls and games, showing fantastic creativity and ownership. The atmosphere was one of laughter and inclusion.
“Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success. Happy Pride Month from all of us at Sedgley House & Lodge!”
