Old Leigh House’s Trip to Aldeburgh
A group of people we support and staff from Old Leigh House recently enjoyed a wonderful day trip to the coastal town of Aldeburgh in Suffolk.
They walked along the seaside and saw the famous Scallop Shell Sculpture. They then explored the town centre, where they enjoyed a hot chocolate and a cake. They visited a few small independent shops, where they bought books and postcards. The team then bought Suffolk apples before walking to the Martello Tower. Luckily, the outing was blessed with a sunny weather and they even spotted a grey seal at the seaside.
