Occupational Therapy Insights for CPD Week
Coinciding with CPD week, Cygnet Elowen Hospital have delivered some additional staff training. Laura-Jayne Pinner, the Occupational Therapist, provided a training session covering the core philosophy of OT, moving beyond clinical definitions to explore how we can better support those in our care.
It was an insightful session that covered sensory strategies and meaningful engagement. Attendees reported gaining valuable knowledge so that every person we work with feels empowered and understood.
