Kirkside House and Lodge host festive team meeting
The event featured a presentation of compliments, audit successes, and heartfelt messages from service users, including: “Staff are great, they really look after you and they try their best for everyone.”
Awards were given to team members who exemplified Cygnet Values – Care, Respect, Integrity, Empower, and Trust – as well as MVPs, new starters, and those who consistently go above and beyond. The celebration included food, treats, a red carpet, and even festive tunes from Deputy Manager Pete on guitar.
Home Manager Laura Storey summed it up perfectly: “These awards were all about reflecting on the positive impacts they have on people’s lives. We can’t thank our team enough for choosing to come to Cygnet each day and give their all to our amazing individuals. We’re thankful, inspired and grateful for the team they are and the amazing home we work in!”
