Horse riding returns to Nightingale
Nightingale residents have returned to their horse riding sessions, developing skills and confidence with support from the RDA.
Following a winter break, the individuals we support at Nightingale have been delighted to return to their horse riding sessions.
Delivered by the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), these sessions are supported by dedicated volunteers who provide personalised guidance to help the people we support learn and develop their riding skills.
Horse riding remains a firm favourite at Nightingale, offering not only happiness but also opportunities to build confidence and experience a sense of achievement each week.
