Hats for Headway festival at Cygnet Pindar House
Cygnet Pindar House organised a festival raising money for Hats for Headway, an initiative launched by Headway, the brain-injury association.
The festival involved local singer Tom Masters, who wowed the staff and service users with his beautiful voice and caring personality. Tom engaged amazingly with staff and peers and it’s they’ll always remember.
The day also involved face painting, cake stalls, outdoor games, a mocktail bar and an outdoor food serving area. Staff and service users also got involved by wearing their favourite hats.
Altogether the day raised £84 which they are extremely proud about! Thank you to all staff that helped out on the day and a big thank you to Tanya Dodd who organised the whole event.
