Gardening Success at Hope House
Hope House recently decided to grow some vegetables, a range of herbs and some flowers.
So far they have grown potatoes, onions, tomatoes, strawberries, chillies, sage, mint and oregano. The mint went well with the new potatoes at our Hartlepool service!
They also planted flowers in a hanging basket and a planter made out of old tyres. One of the people we support waters these every evening and really enjoys watching them grow and feels like it is an achievement.
