Gardening Project’s Gardeners of the Month for March and April
Congratulations to residents DW and CB who have been named the Gardening Project’s Gardner of the Month for March and April. The Gardening Project is based at Kirkside House in Kirkstall, Leeds.
Roxanne Mace, the lead for the project said, “The guys have worked really well. DW helped to make a living wall out of pallets and also helped to plant flowers and other plants to attract pollinators. CB has done a lot of weeding around the path ways. He likes to do weeding as this is an important job as it keeps our pathways accessible and nettle free.”
We would also like to welcome our new garden assistant Dan who is working really well with the residents and the project.
