Cygnet Sedgley Celebrate World Mental Health Day
Cygnet Sedgley celebrate World Mental Health Day with three days of activities, bringing service users, staff, families and carers together.
Activities included a meditation session led by a service user, an afternoon walk and talk, and plenty of cupcake baking and decorating.
The celebrations finished with an open day, giving families and carers the opportunity to look around the hospital, meet members of the team and find out more about the support available. The day ended on a fun note, with service users and staff teaming up for a quiz.
