Cygnet Paddocks celebrate Eid-ul-Adha
Following a special request from one of their service users, the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy departments at Cygnet Paddocks cooked and arranged a traditional delicious dinner for everyone to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha.
Their amazing OT Abishek Gopinathan and Physiotherapist Shomaila Khan worked collectively in the kitchen to create an amazing dinner for the patients and staff to celebrate Eid together.
Charlotte Clemson, Occupational Therapy Assistant, said: “At its heart, Eid-ul-Adha is not just about the ritual of sacrifice—it’s about the spirit behind it. It’s about offering the best we have for the sake of something greater. This could mean time, money, food, kindness, or forgiveness. The festival reminds us to give, not just to those we love but also to those in need.”
