Cygnet Hospital Woking celebrates South Asian Heritage Month
Everyone enjoyed a rich tapestry of music, dance, and culinary delights, revelling in South Asia’s myriad traditions and expressions.
The catering team crafted a sumptuous feast, offering an exquisite journey through South Asia’s culinary traditions, including; aromatic beef Rogan Josh, fragrant Pilau Rice, Naan Bread, and delightful Vegetable Samosas.
The event was alive with the vibrant sounds of Dhol (drum) and Lehzim (a small musical instrument with jingling cymbals) and a highlight was staff member Thakur’s captivating traditional Nepalese dance performance.
