Cygnet Hospital Stevenage celebrates International Nurses Day
On Tuesday 12th May the team at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage marked International Nurses Day by celebrating the amazing international community of nurses at the hospital. A special menu for lunch was prepared that reflected just some of the countries represented by the nursing team. Staff were given a handwritten thank you card, a cupcake and had their picture taken in a ‘photo booth’. Service users also got involved by writing cards of thanks to the teams and also provided quotes about why they appreciate the nurses. The quotes and cards were used to decorate the cafe.
