Cygnet Hospital Hexham hold Carers Day
The team at Cygnet Hospital Hexham recently held a Carers Day as part of Carers Week. Anthony Saiger, Hospital Manager, said: “It was a pleasure to meet the families of our service users and listen to their views on their loved ones care. We gained some new ideas in relation to our continuous improvement but it was also lovely to hear all the really positive feedback and support from families for Cygnet Hospital Hexham. The event itself is so important, in many ways not only does it bring families together during difficult times, but the learning we can and have gained is invaluable to high quality patient care delivery.”
