Cygnet Hospital Bury’s end of year Prom
On Friday 14th July the CAMHS services at Cygnet Hospital Bury held their end of school year Prom which was jointly organised by the occupational therapy and activity teams along with the staff of the hospital’s Excel and Exceed School. Building on the success of last year’s event the young people helped the planning committee develop the theme and contents of this year’s spectacular. Voice Assembly, a local community choir, took part and had everyone up and dancing within minutes. There was also nosecco, mocktails and large buffet to top it all off!
Thank you to everyone who made this happen, particularly Rebecca Killey, the young people on Mulberry ward , OT and Activities staff, all the teaching staff, the catering team and our multi-talented hair and make-up volunteers.
