Cygnet Hospital Bierley’s Staff Wellbeing Day
The Cygnet Hospital Bierley enjoyed a Staff Wellbeing Day, bringing colleagues together for a fun and engaging day focused on health, wellbeing and support.
The day included mindfulness and exercise activities, wellbeing resources, a massage chair, games and a lucky dip, alongside pizza, cakes and goodie bags featuring positive affirmations.
The event was supported by Kerry Matthews, Ryan Faulkner, Megan Howell, Michelle O’Neill, Hannah Sidhu, Javaid Razzaq and Philani Ncube.
Reflecting on the day, Kerry said: “The day was extremely enjoyable, well attended and very well received by colleagues, providing a valuable opportunity to promote wellbeing, connect with support services and spend time together away from day-to-day pressures.”
