We also worked collaboratively to coordinate student placements for the upcoming quarter, ensuring continued investment in the future of the profession and the development of the next generation of Occupational Therapists.
“Importantly, the meeting also gave us the opportunity to reflect on our own occupational balance reminding one another of the importance of “OT-ing ourselves”, prioritising wellbeing, meaningful occupation and professional resilience so that we can continue to deliver the highest standard of care to the individuals we support.
