Cygnet Brunel Raise £100 for Headway
As part of Cygnet’s Wellbeing Month, staff and service users at Cygnet Brunel took part in a walkathon organised by Hospital Manager Jamie Green and Wellbeing Leads Lara Johnson and Keanna Townsend.
The event raised funds for Headway, the brain injury charity with which Cygnet Brunel holds an Outstanding accreditation. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, more than £100 was raised in just 24 hours.
Together, staff and service users walked enough miles to complete the equivalent of a full marathon, demonstrating a fantastic commitment to both wellbeing and a worthy cause.
The walkathon was a great success, bringing people together to support wellbeing, stay active and raise money for an important charity.
