Cygnet Brunel celebrates International Nurses Day
To celebrate Internation Nurses Day, the team at Cygnet Brunel enjoyed a variety of goodies, snacks and a team lunch courtesy of Hospital Manager Jamie Green.
The day was organised by Wellbeing Leads Lara Johnson and Keanna Townsend and featured deeply moving feedback posts shared by both colleagues and patients.
A standout moment of the day was an impromptu declaration speech by Nurse Lois, invoking the legacy of Florence Nightingale, followed by the team uniting to sing the nurses’ anthem and share a celebratory dance. To conclude the celebration, the management team proudly presented personalised awards to each nurse to honour their dedication to care.
