Cygnet Appletree’s Summer Party for Animal Lovers
Cygnet Appletree’s OT team recently hosted the annual summer party with special visitors from a local animal therapy company, who brought along goats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and a tortoise.
The day saw a real community spirit with staff and service users both enjoying karaoke, party food and valuable time cuddling animals! Even Rhoda the chicken got a full health exam from Dr. Jayeoba.
Specialist Occupational Therapist Joanna Smith said: “There has been a lot of positive feedback on the day with everyone saying how much they enjoyed it.”
