Congratulations to Tanya Dullenty
Congratulations to Tanya Dullenty who recently completed the Nurse Associate Programme to be come the first qualified Nurse Associate at Cygnet Fountains in Blackburn.
Tanya initially joined Cygnet Fountains in 2014 as a support worker and always had a keen interest in nursing and had a passion of one day becoming a registered professional. When Cygnet first rolled out the Nurse Associate Apprenticeship, Tanya was supported by the management team at Cygnet Fountains to first complete the requirements for the course including a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Tanya completed the Assistant Practitioner course last year before joining the Nurse Associate course which she has completed and joined the NMC register.
Tanya said: “My next step is to join the RMN top up next year to fulfil my dream of becoming a registered mental health nurse at Cygnet Fountains. My management team and all the staff at Cygnet Fountains have supported me in every way possible and helped me in my journey. I could not be more thankful to the team and management in the way in which they have all supported me from my first day to now.”
