Congratulations to Hannah Cresswell

A huge congratulations to Cygnet Alders Clinic’s Hannah Cresswell who has been successful in her application for a place on the Florence Nightingale Foundation and Sandra Charitable Trust – Early Career Nurse and Midwife Leadership Programme. Hannah is a great advocate for RMN Nursing and continual professional development and has a great passion for learning and development.

On finding that she had got a place on the programme Hannah said: “When reading the Cygnet Nursing News I saw that they were offering places and sent in my application. I’m so excited to start next month and develop my leadership and quality improvement skills to support the development of our services and improve practice.”

David Wilmott, Cygnet’s Director of Nursing, said: “We are all incredibly proud of Hannah and her success in gaining a place on the Florence Nightingale course, it gives Hannah a fantastic opportunity to develop herself, her career and the amazing impact that she has for delivering high quality care across mental and learning disability services. Huge congratulations and wishing much success on the course.”
