Climbing fun for Ellen Mhor resident
The resident had not been rock climbing for a while but had recently asked her support staff to organise another visit to the local climbing centre so she could practice her climbing skills once again. She was booked in for a 1-to-1 climbing session with a trained instructor who supported her to tackle some of the beginners routes and provide her with some helpful tips and coaching on navigating her way way to the top of the wall. The resident then progressed to some of the more difficult climbing walls, which provided her with a real challenge.
Towards the end of the sessions, she was certainly feeling tired but she was was really proud of her achievement of making it all the way to the top.
