Christmas Jumper Day at Cygnet Appletree
Cygnet Appletree enjoyed their annual Christmas Jumper Day along with a beautifully prepared non-Christmas Day Christmas dinner.
The kitchen staff prepared a lovely dinner with turkey, Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blankets and all the trimmings.
Specialist Occupational Therapist Joanna Smith said: “To show our gratitude for all their hard work, members of the MDT and Martin Graham, our Hospital Manager, gave them a well-deserved day off serving food. It was slightly chaotic in the kitchen during serving hours but we managed and have a new found respect for out brilliant kitchen staff and how much hard work it is serving food to a full hospital. Merry Christmas.”
